I had such a great experience at Redmond Dental Smiles! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to my dental hygienist, Minju. She was incredibly friendly, patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire cleaning. I’ve always been very nervous about getting numbing injections because they can be quite painful, but Minju was so gentle and encouraging that I barely felt anything at all. Her technique was amazing, and she actually helped me overcome my fear of the injections. The whole experience was comfortable and professional from start to finish. I’m very grateful to Minju for making my visit such a positive experience. Definitely 5 stars, and I highly recommend Redmond Dental Smiles!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lam. I have been her patient since 2018, which makes the way I was treated even more upsetting. Despite being a long-time patient, I felt dismissed, rushed, and treated with absolutely no regard. What was most shocking is that she dismissed me as a patient and sent me a letter without giving any clear or reasonable explanation. In my experience, the practice did not seem focused on patient care or helping solve even simple dental concerns, such as teeth cleaning. Instead, I was left with the impression that insurance benefits and money were being prioritized over patient needs. After this happened, I also reached out to neighbors and heard similar concerns about patients being dismissed when the insurance situation was not beneficial to the practice. That was very concerning to hear and matched the way I felt I was treated. I will never be returning to this practice or recommending it to others.

Had a tooth break over the weekend. Dr Lam got back to me as soon as she could on Saturday, made sure I was not in amy pain and was able to get in first thing Monday morning. The staff was wonderful and for someone who is apprehensive to sit in the dental chair, not on the other side, it was a pleasurable experience. Thank you again Dr. Lam and staff. :)

I appreciate the staff very much. They are cheerful and helpful. My cleaning was done by Vanessa. She was very efficient and gentle throughout the treatment. I was pleased with the entire process and thankful for her knowledge as she encouraged me along throughout our time together. Dr. Malinda was very supportive and positive. My thanks to all. The dentist is not very sanitary. She’s also quick to dismiss you when you have questions and rushes through procedures. No bedside manner whatsoever. She also has her front desk charge out codes that are unnecessary and take from your insurance maximum. She’s there to collect and get you out quick.
